After confirmed reservation, it will asked to leave a deposit of 30%, (40% in high season) within 48 hours of reservation. The total amount should be pay on arrival by  guests.

Check-in from 13.00 , check-out 10.30 .

Customized rates are provided for groups and weekly stay.

•  if cancellation occurs up to 15 days prior to arrival: no penalty will be charged;

•  if cancellation occurs from 14 to 7 days prior to arrival: 50% of entire amount will  be charged; 

• if cancellation occurs from 6 days prior to arrival: 100% of entire amount will be charged.
